  • Hey! I really like the theme, and I just switched over to it to give it a test run for a few days.

One question: Is it possible to put something like a twitter feed or rss icon into the header on the right side? I’m not especially proficient with coding, so I apologize for the dumb question!

The reason I ask is that I think the theme might be made more attractive by using some of that “dead” space to the right.

Thanks for any help, and I’ll let you know if I continue to use the theme!

  • @blair
thnx for using my theme , actually your query isnt dumb, i ‘ve too realized that the header looks quite empty and dull, yeah it is possible to put a rss icon or twitter link (but twitter feed wouldnt be nice there) , i will try to update it and upload a newer version again ,

  • Now that I’ve worked with it a bit, I think a search form might be awesome in the lower right of the header. Because there is no centralized layout for the pages, they must be shown in the sidebar. However, there is also no default search form, so that must be in the sidebar as well. Standards prefer the search form to be at the very top of the sidebar, but I’m not liking that appearance as much as having the “navigation” situated at the top.

In any case, I think I’ve tweaked the theme to my liking for now, and will be keeping it for a bit. You can see on my most recent post that somebody has already asked to see your homepage. Good work!

  • Hi
I think it is a very nice theme – I am using it at the moment for my site.
One little addition (besides some adjusting I did) I would recommend in your stylesheet in your gallery section (line 548 and further… ) – I did and would recommend to add a font size in gallery-item – it makes a gallery look much nicer
